GENERAL NOTICE for

NEW CLIENTS and REFERRALS

of Total Piano Care in 2024:

We are pleased to welcome you here, as we accept new clients on a case-by-case basis. We welcome your inquiry to open a new account with our company.

Due to the vast number of pianos that require servicing each year, and in view of the low number of existing, qualified piano technicians who are available to service a high number of pianos in general, at present, new appointments are being accepted on a case-by-case basis, for an indefinite and hopefully for a very short period of time.

New clients may be scheduled up to six (6) months in advance. Scheduling depends primarily upon piano technician availability, your location, and the level of service your piano requires.  

We are pleased to accept new clients, as the need may arise in your situation, and welcome your inquiry to open a new account.

At certain times, however, we may, at our discretion, direct you to contact another local piano technician for service, outside of our immediate network - providing other local piano technicians are available.

Piano Technicians referred and expressly stated as being a "referral" to you outside of our network shall not be misconstrued as being associated with Total Piano Care. These technicians are not backed by our company in any way, including, but not limited to any guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied, verbally or in writing. Furthermore, we shall not be held liable for any service work these ones perform - independent or otherwise - as they are in no way connected with our company, a close network of piano service professionals.

Appointments:
When Schedules Are Filled to
Capacity

If and when our schedule does not allow for more appointments to be set, a referral will be given, inside or outside of our network.

Generally, appointments are booked 3-6 months in advance, and are maintained every year thereafter.

Monday through Saturday, 12pm to 4pm (PST) to confirm your appointment date, time, and technician availability.

3) If we do not hear from you, or happen to miss your call or voicemail, we will contact you within 48-72 hours, to follow up.

Be sure to include as many details as possible so that we may better assist you. We appreciate your business, and we look forward to serving you soon.
